RSC Sustainable Food Technology and COP27

17 November 2022 13:00-14:00, United Kingdom

Introduction
COP27 aims to build on the outcomes of COP26 to deliver action on an array of issues critical to tackling the climate emergency – from urgently reducing greenhouse gas emissions, building resilience and adapting to the worsening impacts of climate change, to delivering on the commitments to finance climate action in developing countries.

In the third in our RSC Sustainability series, Professor Jorge Barros Velázquez, Editor-in-Chief of Sustainable Food Technology, will be joined by Rekha Singhal and Qin Wang, experts from the Sustainable Food Technology Editorial Board and members of the RSC Food Group, to discuss the role of chemistry in sustainable food production.
