PFAS Alternatives Workshop

6 February 2025 10:00-17:00, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
This workshop style event will explore the opportunities and challenges associated with developing and using alternatives to PFAS. We will highlight innovations in advanced materials and high-tech applications, examining how scientists are developing sustainable substitutes and the broader implications of PFAS replacement across industries, including textiles, electronics and consumer goods. We look to gain insights into balancing performance, environmental safety, and regulatory considerations in the transition to PFAS-free materials.

It will feature shorter style presentations with opportunities for engagement and in-depth discussions. We hope to also foster connections across diverse sectors, bringing together scientists, industry leaders, and policymakers to drive collaborative solutions.
