Our immersive VR laboratory – LAB427, integrates multilingual AI avatars with live data feeds from real-world process equipment, enabling users to monitor reactions, receive safety prompts, and access real-time guidance from trained knowledge companions. The system and software is designed to link directly to 3D-printed lab monitoring devices and flow components, bridging digital and physical workflows. This approach offers scalable, remote-ready training and knowledge transfer for the chemical sciences workforce.
