VR-Enabled Process Chemistry: AI Avatars, Live Data Streams & On-Demand 3D Printing

24 February 2026 14:00-15:00

Introduction
This webinar will discuss how Virtual Reality, AI, and additive manufacturing have revolutionised our laboratory workflows and have the potential to transform process chemistry training and collaboration. Our immersive VR laboratory – LAB427, integrates multilingual AI avatars with live data feeds from real-world process equipment, enabling users to monitor reactions, receive safety prompts, and access real-time guidance from trained knowledge companions. The system and software is designed to link directly to 3D-printed lab monitoring devices and flow components, bridging digital and physical workflows. This approach offers scalable, remote-ready training and knowledge transfer for the chemical sciences workforce.
Speakers
